Rising Transfers is an AI-driven data analysis and entertainment platform for football (soccer) transfer intelligence. We provide AI-generated transfer probability scores, player scouting reports, market value analysis, and community sentiment tracking.
4. Important Disclaimers
4.1 Not a Gambling or Betting Service

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Era Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting or investment decisions made using our data.
8. Age Requirement
Rising Transfers is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
